Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Safely place your jewelry in its original gift box and secure it inside a padded mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned piece, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
